Grief Support Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and energy, providing a nurturing space for healing without the pressure to “move on.” As a grief coach who has experienced significant loss, I offer compassionate support as you navigate your journey. Here, you will find understanding and presence to help you process your emotions at your own pace, without the expectation of having everything figured out.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you understand: Foot reflexology can be beneficial for people of all ages and health conditions, from infants to seniors. It can be particularly helpful for people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, pain, or other health issues. Foot reflexology SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMED if you have open wounds, skin disease of the feet, fractures to the feet or lower legs, or other active injuries to the feet, thrombosis, recent surgery, active gout, severe circulatory issues, or if you are pregnant and in your first trimester. It is always important to speak with your healthcare provider before trying any new therapy. Cancellations and/or Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. When a cancellation/reschedule is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to hold your deposit. If I am able to fill your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your next visit. (I will always do my best!) No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
